Life Skills Programme
This 8-week accredited programme tackles the following issues in group settings: Relationships, Peer Pressure, Risk Taking Behaviour, and Parenting.
This programme focuses on skilling women to be the best advocate for themselves and others, making informed decisions, and becoming more active within their communities.
Steps To Excellence
An 8-week personal development programme for participants to improve their levels of motivation and self-esteem, as well as giving them the confidence to deal with change.
It gives people an opportunity to take a fresh look at their lives and see how much they are capable of achieving, together with the tools to make it happen.
Social Action Campaign
The group will also be involved in organising a social action campaign activity to create a positive impact in the community. In previous years, the groups have chosen campaigns such as the Feel Good February event, anti-spiking kits, and the Ma Ribbon Community as their social action activities.

Each young woman who completes the programme will also avail of a financial incentive towards their personal goals. Previous group attendees have had this incentive placed towards driving lessons, other skilled courses and equipment purchases.
