Connect 4 Women
This project, in partnership with GLOW and WOMEN'STEC, targets women who wish to improve their chances of employment. The project contains several courses for participants, including ‘soft skills’ classes such as relevant advice workshops and crafting sessions.

Women Breaking Barriers NI
Women Breaking Barriers NI aims to engage women who are economically inactive with programmes, workshops, training, and opportunities to boost their self-confidence and employability skills.
The project aims to tackle the barriers that women face in gaining and retaining employement.
Shankill Women's Centre is delighted to take part in this project, which is led by the women's sector in Northern Ireland.
