Health & Well-being
We take a holistic approach to the prevention of social isolation. We do this by covering an array of topics including Emotional and Mental health. These allow women a safe environment to explore and express their feelings in positive and healthy ways.
Physical Health, these classes aim to provide physical activities for all ranges of abilities to ensure the continuance of a healthy and active lifestyle through all stages of life. Social Well-Being classes, these are recreational classes which aim to prevent social isolation and help with hand-eye coordination, maintain and learning new skills, supporting peers and creating new friendships.
As well as our timetabled classes we also offer Alternative Therapies, Workshops and Information days throughout the year. Keep an eye on our social media pages for up-to-date information.
